Shape the data-driven future of the Fresh Food & Beverage Group. You combine business understanding with modern BI technology and contribute directly to data-based corporate management. In the BI team, you will develop sustainable reporting and analytics solutions at the interface of supply chain, finance, planning and with Fabric and Power BI.

Mansioni

• You will analyze requirements from areas such as Finance or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and translate them into reporting and analysis solutions. Together with the stakeholders, you accompany data and BI projects from definition to implementation.
• You develop and optimize data models, SQL views and data flows in Microsoft Fabric (Warehouse, Lakehouse, Dataflows).
• You create and manage modern reporting solutions in Power BI including semantic models, Power Query and DAX.
• You take responsibility for the independent design and implementation of BI initiatives and actively shape the further development of our reporting and analytics landscape.
• You support the expansion of BI governance, reporting standards and a future-proof "AI-ready" BI platform.

Requirements

• at least 3 years: in a controlling environment or a comparable environment
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration or a similar discipline
• Understanding business processes and key performance indicators, ideally in the areas of supply chain operations (SCO) or finance.
• Ability to transform business requirements into sustainable BI and analytics solutions.
• Practical experience in the Microsoft factory environment, in particular with Warehouse, Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, PowerBI, Microsoft Power Automate and SAP.
• Good to very good knowledge in SQL as well as in the development and optimization of data models and SQL views.
• Very good knowledge of Power BI as well as experience in the development of semantic models, Power Query and DAX.
• Experience in working with departments and decision-makers.
• Structured and independent working methods in the implementation of BI and data projects.
• Interest in BI standards, data quality, governance and modern analytics platforms.
• Understanding the requirements of an AI-ready data and reporting landscape.

Recruitment process

• Pre-selection of applications (FFB-Group): We continuously review applications received, create a pre-selection and release them to the manager for viewing. The decision on progress or withdrawal from the recruitment process will be communicated by telephone or email.
• Talks with HR & department (FFB-Group): The interview is conducted virtually or on site with the responsible person from HR and/or the specialist department. • Discussion with case presentation: Specific expertise is examined on the basis of a case or other assessment instruments.
