Mansioni

• Planning and conducting customer visits to advise and ensure customer satisfaction
• Training of staff on the ground in the field of bread and bakery products
• Active support for new openings and reopenings
• Conduct of baking training and product presentations
• Technical support in the area of shop ovens and implementation of new shop ovens in Migros stores including installation and programming

Requirements

• Professional experience: several years of professional experience in the retail trade and/or in the food industry
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): in the retail trade, as a baker-confectioner, cook or an equivalent education
• Maintained appearance, independent, flexible and solution-oriented working method with high communication competence and empathy
• High technical affinity and solid IT knowledge
• Residence in Romandie (proximity to the customer) and willingness to travel intensively in the car (driving license mandatory)
• First experience in the field service is desired
• French (negotiable)
• German (good knowledge)
