• Provision of travel bookings for staff
• Operation of the help desk for FMS and processing of messages as well as the switchboard
• Ensure the reception area is inviting and tidy
• Ordering of business cards Office supplies
• Management of coffee badges, acquisition of access authorizations, etc.

• General administrative tasks
• Participation in team meetings
• Close cooperation with the object manager in relation to all relevant processes on the site and in the object

Your requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector, hotel industry or equivalent professional practice
• Experience in reception and administrative tasks
• Good repute and trustworthy, not criminal
• Attentive, polite, confident in appearance and capable of teamwork
• Mastery of the German language in word and writing
