Role overview
The Demand & Distribution Management of the Operations Directorate is responsible for national demand planning and branch relocation processes.
With the introduction of Relex and modern planning processes such as S and S , we are raising demand planning to a new level.

- Creation of data analysis and use of retail planning tool Relex for planning future customer needs and market trends
- Efficient optimization of the necessary capacities and resources along the value chain
- Mehrjähirge Professional experience: in demand planning with S4/Hana and by advantage Relex
- Completed degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Economic Engineering or equivalent training
Main responsibilities
- Creation of data analysis and use of retail planning tool Relex for planning future customer needs and market trends
- Efficient optimization of the necessary capacities and resources along the value chain
- Identification of planning risks, development of risk mitigation strategies and preparation of sound decision bases for S and S taking into account relevant KPIs
- Cross-departmental coordination and communication with relevant stakeholders
- Communication of forecast deviations, validation of necessary adjustments and implementation along the entire value chain (E2E)
Key requirements
- Mehrjähirge Professional experience: in demand planning with S4/Hana and by advantage Relex
- Completed degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Economic Engineering or equivalent training
- Structured problem solving capability and the ability to present solutions clearly and convincingly
- Constructive consensus between different stakeholders, even in challenging situations (e.g. in workshops)
- Finded understanding of the business processes along a retail scale chain and ideally have experience with S4/Hana/IBP
