Main responsibilities

  • Capture, maintain and control article master data as well as action and advertising data in SAP.
  • Administrative support of Product Manager Food in daily business.
  • Ensure the flow of information with internal contact persons such as goods planning, disposition, marketing and accounting.
  • Self-employed communication with suppliers for bills and contracts.

Key requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience: beneficial in a retail or food business; or experience in a comparable position
  • Completed vocational training (EFZ): Basic vocational training with continuing training Specialist*in purchasing of advantage
  • High affinity and user experience in complex ERP systems
  • Open, pleasant and resilient hand-on personality, which likes to be introduced in a dynamic team
