Role overview
For our Customer Forum & Member Service department, which receives and processes all concerns from our customers in writing or by phone, we are looking for a communicative, service-oriented and motivated personality as maternity cover.
The position is also suitable for students in a gap year.

- You handle concerns and inquiries in the Customer Forum and Member Service professionally and with a service-oriented approach
- You communicate mainly in writing, but also verbally with various stakeholder groups
- Experience in customer service, sales with consulting or other areas with extensive customer contact
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) commercial, retail or students in a gap year
Main responsibilities
- You handle concerns and inquiries in the Customer Forum and Member Service professionally and with a service-oriented approach
- You communicate mainly in writing, but also verbally with various stakeholder groups
- You compose texts with stylistic confidence and ensure high linguistic quality
- You support administrative processes in different topics and areas of responsibility
- You organize your tasks independently, reliably and in a structured manner
- You work closely with the team and navigate confidently within existing processes and workflows Requirements
- Professional experience: in customer service, sales with consulting, or other areas with extensive customer contact
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): commercial, retail or students in a gap year
- German (very good knowledge): very high language proficiency in German, both written and spoken
- Very good IT user skills in MS Office, SAP and other common tools
