To complement our team, we are looking for a service- and front-oriented manager who values contact with guests and enjoys the job.

You lead a team of around 11 employees, promote their development and create a motivating working environment
You implement menu specifications, contribute your own ideas to the design of the menu components and calculate the costs for the kitchen area independently.
At least 5 years of professional experience: as a head chef in a large company, a great advantage in system catering
Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a chef

You lead a team of around 11 employees, promote their development and create a motivating working environment
You implement menu specifications, contribute your own ideas to the design of the menu components and calculate the costs for the kitchen area independently.
You work actively in day-to-day business and advise and look after our guests in a competent and service-oriented manner.
You are responsible for the attractive presentation of our food as well as for setting up and maintaining the buffets in free flow.
You take responsibility for ordering and carry out other administrative tasks reliably and independently.
You ensure compliance and consistent implementation of the GMZ quality standards and the HACCP hygiene guidelines.

At least 5 years of professional experience: as a head chef in a large company, a great advantage in system catering
Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a chef
You are a motivated, well-organized and resilient team player personality
You are available to work flexibly in different shifts from Monday to Saturday (early and late shifts, without room hours)
You work efficiently, proactively and neatly
You have a good understanding of Production processes
