Your tasks

• The focus of your tasks is on the operation, further development and design of our Windows-based IT server infrastructure and the Microsoft 365 environment.
• You continuously operate, optimize and develop our on-prem services as well as Microsoft 365 services (e.g. Teams, Entra ID, Intune).
• Your tasks will include collaboration and independent implementation of projects in the areas of Windows Server infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and selected Azure services.
• You create concepts and architecture blueprints and actively participate in the further development of our Microsoft 365 governance and target architecture.
• You work closely with IT Security in the areas of compliance, guidelines and further development of the security strategy.
• The development of automation and optimization within the IT infrastructure as well as the coordination and ensuring stable operations are also part of your area of ​​responsibility.
• You are involved in troubleshooting as well as 2nd and 3rd level support (including availability for on-call service and planned maintenance work outside of normal working hours).
• You take on the role of vocational trainer for our learners in the field of computer science (EFZ) and are responsible for their professional support as well as the planning, implementation and documentation of the training (including training reports and qualification procedures). Your profile
• Computer scientist EFZ with further training (HF/FH) in the field of computer science or business informatics
• Several years of experience in the operation and engineering of Windows Server environments as well as in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 (e.g. Teams, Entra ID, Intune) and Azure
• Broad IT knowledge is an advantage, e.g. Network, Identity & Access Management
• Experience in concept creation and system design and the ability to translate requirements into pragmatic solutions
• Basic understanding of IT security in the Microsoft environment (e.g. Endpoint Management, Conditional Access, Vulnerability Management)
• Microsoft 365 certifications are an advantage
• Completed training as a vocational trainer or the willingness to complete it
• Independent, structured way of working and the ability to think beyond your own area of responsibility
• Communicative and team player
