Key requirements
- Multiannual professional experience in customer service: ideal in education
- Complete basic or advanced training: in the commercial sector or similar basic training (e.g. customer dialogue EFZ)
- German (fliessing) English (very good knowledge) French (of advantage) Italian (of advantage): Cross/reachers are welcome
