We are looking for a Business Analyst to help design, implement, and optimize Management Accounting processes as part of a large, strategic transformation initiative.

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of professional experience in management accounting or internal reporting, ideally within the banking industry
Key requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of professional experience in management accounting or internal reporting, ideally within the banking industry
- Self-starter with ability to grasp quickly and efficiently new and complex processes and having regard to changing priorities
- Reliable and flexible team player with a can-do attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment
- Strong interest in financial topics, with a particular appreciation for areas such as Credits, Markets, and Treasury considered an advantage
- Passion for financials and IT with deep understanding of SAP financial systems; prior knowledge of SAP PaPM is a distinct advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, to foster effective collaboration across diverse functions and stakeholders
- Fluent in English is required, German is a plus
