- Prove track record as a Senior Business Analyst within a banking environment
Application process
- Represent the Finance function in a Core Banking transformation programme: Ensuring accurate integration of Finance data flows, interfaces and related changes needed on the Finance applications (including Financial Acc, Management Acc, Reg reporting, Treasury)
- Impact Assessment Financial Accounting changes: Gathering of business requirements for Finance applications resulting from the New Core Banking implementation
- Translate business needs into Functional design documents through collaborative requirement analysis.
- Specification for data sourcing, mapping rules, and other changes within Finance applications (i.e.
- SAP S/4HANA) based on the upstream functionality changes
- Support seamless interoperability between core banking platforms and Finance application
- Impact Assessment with regards to data migrations from Core Banking and Markets applications to SAP and other Finance applications
- Work closely with project managers, functional leads, BAs, and developers during all phases of project lifecycle

- Change Management: Support organizational change by communicating and syndication changes to stakeholders

- Knowledge of banking-specific finance processes such as General Ledger, Chart of Accounts (COA), reconciliations, and management/regulatory reporting Experience with data migration activities
- Advanced skills in SAP Finance, combined with solid experience in system integration patterns and data sourcing & migration Hands-on and delivery-focused Fluency in English required; German skills are beneficial
