Join the People Analytics team to support the expansion of our HR data platform, focusing on data pipeline refactoring, integrations, and onboarding new data sources.

Key requirements
- Strong experience in data engineering / ETL / modelling with focus on pipelines maintainability and data quality practices
- Proven Python skills for data pipelines and integrations
- Experience with Dataiku or similar platforms (Databricks, Airflow, etc.)
- Experience in Banking / Finance industry and familiarity with SAP (BW/S4) are a plus
- You are hands-on, a self-starter, with strong stakeholder management, and structured ways of working
