Role overview

  • Lead a team in the financial services (banking) of the Competence Centre, share your expertise and the staff of the coach. - Support as sparring partner:in our clients with questions about accounting and regulatory developments. - Drive the digital revolution of auditing by promoting the use of our digital audit tools and approaches and by helping them to develop further.
  • Design your long-term career goals yourself and develop yourself professionally and personally through on-the-job and off-the-job training, accompanied by experienced executives. - Be an example in an inspiring, representative team, give and receive regular feedback and be part of an international network.
  • Accredited Swiss auditor or shortly before completion of training - Well-founded knowledge in the audit of annual and consolidated financial accounts of financial companies (in particular:

Annual accounts of banks according to RelV-FINMA)

  • Safe handling of regulatory requirements in the banking environment
  • Experience with digital test tools and big data applications such as Alteryx or Power BI
  • A strong communication in German and English (additional French knowledge of advantage) – oral as well as written
  • Expressed project management skills
  • Ability to share knowledge, to promote teammates and actively influence a collaborative working culture
