- Experience with digital test tools and big data applications such as Alteryx or Power BI
- A strong communication in German and English (additional French knowledge of advantage) – oral as well as written
- Expressed project management skills
- Ability to share knowledge, to promote teammates and actively influence a collaborative working culture
