Role overview
You will join the Assurance Activation Hub within Internal Firm Services at PwC Switzerland, which is spread across Lausanne and Zurich.
The team supports the Assurance/Audit businesses across industries by shaping and delivering high quality proposals and client-facing materials.
Working at the intersection of communication, sales, audit, innovation, and design, the team enables growth by translating complex offerings into compelling client stories.
- You will join the Assurance Activation Hub within Internal Firm Services at PwC Switzerland, which is spread across Lausanne and Zurich.
- The team supports the Assurance/Audit businesses across industries by shaping and delivering high quality proposals and client-facing materials.
- Lead end to end proposal and pursuit processes for Audit and Assurance engagements, from planning to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency and timely execution across multiple stakeholders
- Shape compelling, client focused content in German and English, including written proposals, presentation decks, video or demo scripts and other pursuit related materials
- 2–4 years of experience in proposal management, bid management or proposal writing, ideally within the services industry; experience in business development, account management, project management or marketing can also be leveraged
- Full professional proficiency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage
Main responsibilities
- Lead end to end proposal and pursuit processes for Audit and Assurance engagements, from planning to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency and timely execution across multiple stakeholders
- Shape compelling, client focused content in German and English, including written proposals, presentation decks, video or demo scripts and other pursuit related materials
- Enable effective collaboration with audit teams, subject matter experts, sales coaches, transformation specialists and designers to translate complex offerings into clear value propositions
Key requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in proposal management, bid management or proposal writing, ideally within the services industry; experience in business development, account management, project management or marketing can also be leveraged
- Full professional proficiency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple deadlines and take ownership in dynamic environments
- Client centric mindset combined with curiosity to understand internal and external stakeholder needs and translate them into impactful solutions
- High attention to detail and a strong quality orientation
- Collaborative and open minded working style, with confidence to engage and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
- Solid PowerPoint skills and a strong interest in digital tools and AI enabled ways of working, including systematic use of Copilot and ChatGPT equivalent solutions
