- Your responsibilities: Consultation and support for existing and new customers: You contact both existing SME customers and potential new customers and present them with tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Your goal is to create sustainable added value for our customers and thus increase the economic success of Localsearch.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service Conviction power and passion for selling Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Technological affinity and understanding of digital marketing solutions French at C2 level & good German skills Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities: Consultation and support for existing and new customers: You contact both existing SME customers and potential new customers and present them with tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Your goal is to create sustainable added value for our customers and thus increase the economic success of Localsearch.
- Targeted cross-selling and upselling: With existing customers, you analyze the potential and identify opportunities to expand the portfolio with additional services.
- With new customers, you identify appropriate entry solutions and win them as long-term business partners.
- Campaign implementation and individual customer approach: Working closely with your team, you implement targeted campaigns and convince customers of appropriate additional services.
- Professional data management in Salesforce: You maintain all relevant information in our CRM system (Salesforce) and ensure high data quality.
- Efficient work planning: You organize your daily workflow independently to achieve your sales targets, quality requirements, and processes optimally.
- Request processing and consultation: You answer customer inquiries professionally and ensure that all business entries comply with the applicable regulations and are always up-to-date.
- You are: A passionate salesperson, an excellent communicator, and tech-savvy.
- You excite us with: At least 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service: You are skilled in telephone contact with existing customers and understand how to develop existing customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling.
