For the Tertianum Letzipark in the Zurich region, we are looking for a health professional EFZ 100% as of June 1st or by appointment • Your tasks Holistic care and care of the guests in accordance with our care philosophy and the care process Taking on tasks as a caregiver Care Participation in the care process and in the care needs classification with RAI for the assigned guests Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) Planning and support of Doctor's visits Assumption of day-to-day responsibility Assumption of tasks as a subject person on a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network on care quality • Your profile Completed training as a health specialist EFZ Professional experience in long-term care an advantage RAI - knowledge desirable or willingness to attend these courses (paid) A warm, positive and responsible attitude Enjoyment of a wide range of challenges Good knowledge of spoken and written German Why Tertianum?

Key requirements
- Completed training as a healthcare specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care would be an advantage
