Main responsibilities
- Experience with information systems in the outpatient field with great will to know and improve business processes.
- Experience in the health care sector in Switzerland or great interest to learn them.
- Curiosity and will for interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists in the administrative and medical fields.
- Meeting and understanding the professional side of the customer's information system (IS), collecting/defining and phasing out corresponding requirements and managing the corresponding backlog in close cooperation with the users and suppliers.
- Always in relation to the strategy of computer science and good practice.
- Experience in the implementation and optimization of business processes in connection with the information systems.
- Ability to constructively analyze and question the existing processes.
