- JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers.
Application process
- Develop applications and tools that use AI to support key business processes.
- These solutions will be tailored to specific needs across different departments.
- Connect AI tools with our systems.
- Integrate external AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) with our existing tools using APIs, low-code platforms like n8n, and custom connectors.
- Contribute to our governed knowledge layer.
- Support and extend our Company Context / Universal RAG Knowledge Base, including document ingestion pipelines, retrieval quality, and access governance.
- Work with natural language processing (NLP).
- Create tools for analyzing conversations, automating emails, and generating insights from customer interactions.
