Role overview

Introduction For our Quality & Sustainability department, we are looking for a Support Applications (H/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the link between the production trades and the IT trades MES/LES.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the need and contribute to the realization of specifications
• Test new features on a driver and train users on the MES (Apriso)
• Deploy MES features in production workshops and stabilize them
• Centralize and report any incidents and/or developments in Apriso
• Be user support and relay in the workshop
• Train new employees
• Pilot a backlog
• Supporting Change
• Lead a Key Users working group/network Profile
• Diploma of engineer or technician ES from a technical field
• Control of production processes
• At ease with information system tools and data (PLM, ERP, MES, LES)
• Project management skills and knowledge of the Scrum method
• Skills for teamwork and service
