Introduction For our Movements sector, we are looking for a Methods Respondent (M/F) whose main mission will be to define, industrialize and optimize the assembly methods for new products in the project phase, as well as products in series life.
- Introduction For our Movements sector, we are looking for a Methods Respondent (M/F) whose main mission will be to define, industrialize and optimize the assembly methods for new products in the project phase, as well as products in series life.
- Create and implement the assembly methods of the line
- Define the assembly processes allowing production objectives to be achieved
- Methods technician diploma or Bachelor in industry
Main responsibilities
- Create and implement the assembly methods of the line
- Define the assembly processes allowing production objectives to be achieved
- Ensure the continuous improvement of product flows during the serial life
- Create and maintain the data of the assembly range in the information system Define the needs in tools and packaging
Key requirements
- Methods technician diploma or Bachelor in industry
Application process
- Define the need and the evolution in technical documentation and support their application
- Define the need and the evolution in basic data
- Carry out and guarantee the accuracy of the operating times of the assembly ranges
- Participate in the industrialization of the new products of the line by proposing the assembly strategy Lead projects within the sector Profile
- Experience in the field of industrial methods and in the monitoring of new products
- Knowledge of Method tools: VSM, Takt-Time, recording of operating times, analysis of indicators
- Comfortable with usual IT tools, knowledge of SAP software would be an asset
- Proactive and autonomous, with a very good analytical and synthesis skills
