For the MP masses of our watchmaking sector, we are looking for a Polisher (H/F) on a 2x8 schedule, ready to follow the activity during the temporary transfer, at the Bulle site.
The main activity will be to ensure the quality of the produced parts as well as the adherence to production times. Duties

- For the MP masses of our watchmaking sector, we are looking for a Polisher (H/F) on a 2x8 schedule, ready to follow the activity during the temporary transfer, at the Bulle site.
- CFC in watch polishing or equivalent training
- Minimum 2 years of experience in polishing and finishing watch components
Key requirements
- CFC in watch polishing or equivalent training
- Minimum 2 years of experience in polishing and finishing watch components
- Proven experience in manual watch polishing, especially on precious materials
- Mastery of technical gestures and ability to reproduce them with precision and regularity
- Excellent visual acuity, dexterity, rigor and sense of detail
- Proficient with IT tools, especially Microsoft 365 (O365)
- Strong communication, organization, and autonomy
- Team spirit, proactive attitude and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
