Your tasks
- Operational and business management of the self-service area in the Free-Flow Restaurant.
- Management, development and planning of approximately 5-8 employees.
- Active cooperation at the cash desk, at the buffet and at the bar.
- Ensure an attractive sales and dining area.
- Competent handling of complaints and special concerns of guests, even if they are challenging.
- Daily quality and standard checks.
- Actively contribute improvements.
