The White Arena Group in LAAX is a pioneer in alpine tourism and an enthusiastic community for unique mountain adventures. The Riders Hotel is not a hotel like any other. In the middle of LAAX, close to the halfpipe and the snowpark LAAX, riders, creatives, music enthusiasts, families and friends meet here.
The Riders Lobby is living room from early morning until late in the evening and offers a curated menu right at the bar. The restaurant eats together, the club celebrates until the night.

You work in a kitchen where uncomplicated food still means really good food. Our food should be fast on the plate, but we work with real ingredients, cook and produce ourselves and give well-known dishes our own twist. From breakfast to lobby food to the restaurant, you work where your strengths lie and where you are needed. Together in the team we ensure that our food is simple, really good and always riders.
What you move
- Depending on your commitment and your strengths, you work in the areas of breakfast, lobby food and restaurant.
- You prepare our dishes and products fresh, take over Mise en Place and ensure a fast and constant implementation during the service.
- You ensure that quality, portioning, presentation and our hygiene and HACCP standards are met.
- You handle food and goods responsibly, control products and storage, and help minimize food waste.
- You get to know our processes in such a way that you can manage your area independently and reliably - even if you work alone in the kitchen.

- You have a gastronomic education and / or experience in the kitchen and above all really enjoy cooking.
- You like to work with real ingredients and have the desire for a kitchen where much is prepared, cooked and tried out yourself.
