As an Automation Technician (m/f/d) at our sterile production site in Stein, Canton Aargau, you play a central role in ensuring the operational readiness, reliability and compliance of the HVAC and supply systems that support pharmaceutical production.

  • Support for FATs and commissionings to ensure a smooth transition from aseptic fuel systems and automated systems
  • providing first-level support, maintenance and troubleshooting for assigned automation-related systems;
  • Close cooperation with mechanics teams to solve technical problems
  • Implementation and documentation of maintenance, calibration and commissioning work according to safety, cGMP and regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring and controlling automated production and plant processes to ensure stable and reliable operation
  • Contribute to sustainable programs and tools that improve asset usability, system reliability and long-term performance
  • Preparation of systems for operational readiness, including planning operations, ensuring safe system operation, management of spare parts and tools, and organisation of necessary training
  • Training and induction of new employees in accordance with GxP and company guidelines Your requirement profile:
  • Completed technical training as Automation Technician EFZ or equivalent in automation engineering
