Role overview

As an Intern QC Lab Associate at Lonza AG in Visp, you will join a dynamic and international environment where you can actively contribute to meaningful projects and develop your technical skills.

Main responsibilities

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine analysis of assigned analytical methods, in compliance with GMP and safety guidelines
  • Contribute to method implementation, validation and method transfer
  • Administrative activities, such as documenting the results and creating work instructions
  • Support laboratory maintenance (responsibility for equipment) and ensure that the laboratory is clean and tidy Key requirements
  • You have started or completed and apprenticeship program as a Laboratory Technician, or you have started or completed your BSc / MSc studies in life sciences
  • First experience in analytical lab work, e.g. at school or at university, or in another company
  • Experience in the field of Quality Control and GMP is a plus
  • You are independent, responsible and have a very precise way of working
  • You have good communication and teamwork skills and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
