You will support the QA topic of facility operation as well as pest control within the CPC (Contamination Prevention & Control) department at one of the largest biologics manufacturing sites in the world, where reliable utility systems, robust facility interfaces, and effective pest control are critical enablers of contamination prevention, GMP compliance, and reliable manufacturing operations.

- Support the QA Facility operation, and pest control topic within the CCS framework, providing senior technical direction, risk-based guidance, and practical quality decisions across the Visp site.

- Ensure QA oversight for site utility systems, facility operation, pest control, construction interfaces, and GMP facility interfaces, with focus on microbial contamination and cross-contamination prevention, GMP compliance, and inspection readiness.
- Own QA governance for facility operation and pest control topics, including deviation and change review, GMP document review and approval, CAPA oversight, trend review, and quality risk assessments.
- Act as QA subject matter expert for facility operation, and pest control during customer audits, regulatory inspections, internal audits, and project reviews.
- Provide quality oversight and guidance for new projects, facility changes, utility standards, infrastructure readiness, construction segregation, cross-contamination prevention, cleanroom interface topics, and handover into routine operations.
- Collaborate across the CCS operating landscape, including, QA Operations, QC, Hygiene, Engineering, Facilities, Utilities Operations, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Global Quality Engineering, and Global Engineering.
- Drive continuous improvement of quality systems, inspection readiness, compliance standards, and practical GMP execution across the Visp site. What we are looking for:
- Academic degree in Life Sciences/ Engineering/ Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Quality or another relevant discipline.
- Significant experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing, preferably with exposure to utilities, infrastructure, facility systems, qualification, engineering, pest control, or site quality operations.
