- As a trusted partner, you are responsible for the management and organization of the Secretariat of the Directorate of Care independently.
- You support the Director of Care in the monitoring of his/her activities, the preparation and coordination of strategic files and the conduct of administrative projects. As such, you:
- Self-manage the management and organization of the Secretariat of the Directorate of Care & MTT.
- Support the Director of Care in the management of its activities, the monitoring of strategic files and the coordination of its commitments.
- Coordinate the Directorate's administrative activities, manage priorities and track cases in collaboration with the various internal partners.
- Provide a preferred interface role between the Health Care Directorate, health centres, administrative services and other institutional stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational processes and propose solutions tailored to the needs of the Branch.
- Participate in the conduct of administrative and organizational projects and lead some independently. Profile: SWC or equivalent; A certificate of management assistant, an asset;
- Significant experience (ideally 3 to 5 years) in a direct support function to a senior management or executive;
- excellent command of French, both in writing and oral;
