The Office AI of the Republic of the Republic of Poland is the cantonal centre of competence for Swiss health insurance with over 190 employees in various fields. In the Republic of Poland, the Office AI of the Republic of Lithuania is responsible for individual health insurance benefits for persons with disabilities.

As part of a future retirement, we are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) & Project Management (PMO) 80%-100% Your activities You are leading the Agency's information security strategy and ensuring its operational development through a framework of associated projects. You define the strategic directions for cyber security and ensure their consistency with the Agency's priorities, business needs and regulatory obligations.

You develop a consolidated vision of the portfolio of cybersecurity and digitalisation projects, ensuring their overall management: priorisation, stakeholder coordination, monitoring of deadlines, performance indicators and reporting to the Directorate. You accompany the implementation of the framework of governance of information security, oversee the approaches of, audit, compliance and d, risk assessment and pilot the actions of, continuous improvement aimed at sustainably strengthening the level of protection and resilience of the Office.

You work closely with the internal DPO and help align cybersecurity, data protection and digitalisation. You can also be prompted to pilot projects You are actively contributing to the digital transformation of the Office by ensuring a secure, sustainable and responsive approach.You also ensure coordination with internal actors, external partners and institutional stakeholders.

Your profile: You have a higher level of training in IT, cybersecurity or information systems, and master ISO27001, NIST, etc. A project management certification is expected for this position. You have a significant experience in information security, risk management and SI governance, with a ability to evolve between strategic, organisational and technical dimensions. You have a good understanding of modern IT environments.

You have proven experience in managing the project portfolio and coordinating multiple stakeholders. In French, you have good knowledge of the German language. In addition, you also have the ability to take responsibility for a small team in the long term. Your personality With a strong sense of responsibility, you can make decisions in sensitive and complex contexts.

Your mindset, analysis, rigor and ability to anticipate allow you to assess, assess risks, define priorities and provide appropriate guidance. You have excellent communication capabilities to translate technical issues into clear and relevant messages for the Directorate and the trades. You are comfortable in managing complex situations, managing priorities and cross-cutting project management involving multiple stakeholders.
