- Gerätehandhabung, Probenvorbereitung, Herstellung und Freigabe von Lösungen und Eluenten), Dokumentation und Auswertung (CDS Empower) von Analysen (Batchanalytik, Stabilitätsstudien sowie Methodenimplementierung, -transfer und -validierungen) unter GMP anhand Prüfvorschriften im Bereich Chromatographie und Elektrophorese
Main responsibilities
- Durchführung (inkl.
- Gerätehandhabung, Probenvorbereitung, Herstellung und Freigabe von Lösungen und Eluenten), Dokumentation und Auswertung (CDS Empower) von Analysen (Batchanalytik, Stabilitätsstudien sowie Methodenimplementierung, -transfer und -validierungen) unter GMP anhand Prüfvorschriften im Bereich Chromatographie und Elektrophorese
- Verantwortung für zugeteilte Geräte (inkl.
- Kalibrierung, Qualifizierung, Organisation des Services oder Reparatur, sowie Geräteschulungen)
- Anpassen von Prüfanweisungen, sowie die Erstellung von Analysen- und Eluenten-Protokollen
- Verantwortung für spezielle Laborarbeiten gemäss interner Zuständigkeitsliste (z.B.
- Bestellungen, Säulenmanagement, Probenlagerung, etc.)
- Einhaltung von Sicherheitsregeln und Aufrechterhaltung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Labor (6S)
- Schulung und Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden oder Lernenden Ihre Anforderungsprofil:
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant:in (m/w/d), Fachrichtung Chemie oder Biologie (oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation)
