The EHS Manager drives the successful implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in collaboration with assigned manufacturing facilities.

- Support and conduct EHS risk assessments, including technical change evaluations
- Participate in Safety Gemba Walks, audits, inspections, and incident investigations, providing subject matter expertise
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and track progress on EHS initiatives
- Collaborate with Safety Coaches, including their selection, training, and ongoing support
- Deliver EHS trainings in line with the site’s training strategy and promote a strong safety culture
- Support workplace risk assessments, Personal Protective Equipment guidance, fire safety, and emergency response activities What we are looking for:
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environments
