• Implementation of various administrative tasks in the field of commercial and technical management
• Active participation in vacancy management through participation in visits of apartments and ancillary objects with potential interested parties in the context of re-letting
• Responsible for drawing up rental contracts for dwellings and ancillary properties, including related annexes and supplements
• Support for the acceptance of apartments and ancillary objects, partially independent implementation of these processes
• Preparation of final statements for tenants: inside
• Participation in debtor and creditor management in the real estate sector
• Maintenance of written and oral communication with tenants:inside, craftsmen:inside, suppliers:inside, offices and housekeepers:in

Your requirements

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable education in the real estate sector
• Industry knowledge mandatory
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Good IT application knowledge, in particular MS-Office
• Experience in GREM
• Organizational talent and exemplary manners
• Possession of a valid driving licence required
