Shipments
Ensure the operational management of the order process (order-to-cash), ensuring continuity, accuracy and respect of timing
Manage and monitor EDI flows (ORDER, DESADV, INVOICE – EDIFACT standard), intervening in case of abnormalities

Contacts
- Manage direct contact with customers (telephone and email – CH: IT / DE / FR)
- Manage complaints and operational issues, ensuring its resolution and follow-up
- Monitoring deliveries, delays and anomalies, intervening proactively
- Update customer/material graphics, EAN/GTIN codes and commercial conditions
- Interface with planning, logistics, production, sales, administration and IT / EDI provider
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes (in particular EDI and order management)
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company standards
- Collaboration with the team for operational coverage and planning of activities Profile Indicative age: 30 – 45 years Commercial or administrative training
- Experience of 3 – 5 years for internal sale, customer service or order management Experience in managing EDI flows (EDIFACT)
- Excellent SAP knowledge (preferably S/4HANA)
