Role overview
Main responsibilities - Ensuring the operational management of the order process (order-to-cash), ensuring continuity, precision and compliance with deadlines - Managing and monitoring EDI flows (ORDER, DESADV, INVOICE – EDIFACT standard), intervening in case of anomalies - Managing manual orders and emergency processes (Notfallprozess) - Ensuring document correctness and supporting invoicing and credit notes - Managing direct contact with customers (telephone and email – CH: IT / DE / FR) - Manage complaints and operational problems, ensuring their resolution and follow-up - Monitor deliveries, delays and anomalies, intervening proactively - Update customer/material master data, EAN/GTIN codes and commercial conditions - Interface with planning, logistics, production, sales, administration and IT / EDI provider - Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes (in particular EDI and order management) - Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company standards - Collaborate with the team for operational coverage and planning of activities ## Profile - Indicative age: 30 – 45 years - Commercial or administrative training - Experience of 3 – 5 years in internal sales, customer service or order management - Experience in the management of EDI flows (EDIFACT) - Excellent knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4HANA) - Good knowledge of logistical and administrative processes - Good command of the tools computer scientists (Office, Excel) - Languages: fluent Italian; German and French (min.
