The CIO Office Client Engagement function is responsible for bringing Julius Baer’s investment capabilities and the CIO Office value proposition to life through high-quality client-facing materials, formats, and experiences.

- University degree in marketing, business management, finance or equivalent field
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets
Key requirements
- University degree in marketing, business management, finance or equivalent field
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets
- 2-5 years of experience in delivering product marketing and client-facing content in a bank, asset manager or related financial services providers
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts into clear, engaging, and client‑friendly messaging
- Proven experience in content creation and multi-channel communication
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on measurable impact
- Team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate within a cross‑functional environment
- Proactive, creative and driven individual with a can-do mindset
- Exceptional English and German written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented working style
- Willingness to drive innovation and improve processes, including effective use of technology/data/AI to increase quality, consistency, and speed
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
