This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, seasoned and entrepreneurial global team with strong personal and professional development opportunities.</span></p><p><span lang="EN-GB"><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><span lang="EN-GB">Accountable for driving a strategic and hands-on distribution effort across our private markets solutions, focusing on EFG’s in-house private markets program and product suite of perpetual/evergreen funds</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Strategic partner to Client Relationship Officers (CROs), Investment Counsellors (ICs) and their clients to increase overall allocations to the asset class</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Responsible for impactful and tailor-made marketing content for in-person and written presentations, both internally and for our global client base</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Foster the ongoing development of our private markets franchise by identifying client demands and trends to shape our future product offering</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Design educational initiatives to drive asset class-specific learning excellence and impact across various stakeholder groups within EFG</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span lang="EN-GB"><strong>Requirements and Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><span lang="EN-GB">5+ years working experience in distribution and/or sales within the private markets (including real estate) industry, preferably focused on private wealth clients</span></li><li><i><span lang="EN-GB">For senior-level role:</span></i><span lang="EN-GB"> 10+ years of relevant working experience required</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Ambitious and self-motivation personality with the ability to work in a target driven high-performance culture while maintaining “down-to-earth” attitude </span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Entrepreneurial mindset with an enthusiastic, flexible and hands-on approach</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Italien (German beneficial)</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Master’s degree in Finance or similar and further professional qualifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.)</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create impactful client-facing marketing material</span></li></ul><p><span lang="EN-GB"> </span></p><p><span lang="EN-GB"><strong>Our Values</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><span lang="EN-GB">Accountability: Taking ownership for tasks and challenges, as well as seeking continuous improvement</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Hands-on: Being proactive to rapidly deliver high-quality results</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Passionate: Being committed and striving for excellence</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Solution-driven: Focusing on client outcomes and treating clients fairly with a risk-aware mindset</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Partnership-oriented: Promoting collaboration and teamwork.
