- Creation and maintenance of the written principles of evacuation concepts
- Creation and updating of evacuation plans based on existing CAD plans (e.g.Venzews)

Main responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of the written principles of evacuation concepts
- Creation and updating of evacuation plans based on existing CAD plans (e.g.Venzews)
- Structured storage and management of all evacuation documentation
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of evacuation exercises including training documents
- Coordination and provision of evacuation materials (e.g. West, radios, boxes)
- Cooperation with building controls in organisational fire protection
- Support for events with a focus on safety and fire protection requirements
- Take over of additional tasks within the scope of free capacities Requirements:
- Commercial or technical administrative basic training
- Very good knowledge in structured administrative work
