Role overview

The catering services of the Migros Zurich cooperative create the perfect setting for all kinds of events - from private celebrations to large events.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the order and maintenance of the event hall infrastructure as well as its installations and equipment
  • Assembly and dismantling of the furniture according to specifications (briefing by BL Infrastructure, plans and to-do lists)
  • Coordination and monitoring of suppliers and disposal; Carrying out trips to the herds
  • Ensuring compliance with emergency exits and escape routes during events
  • Carrying out minor maintenance work and repairs as well as operating technical systems (e.g. curtains, ventilation, heating)
  • Supporting the cleaning service if necessary and taking responsibility for the inventory and its structured clearing away Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience: as a logistician or caretaker
  • Completed vocational training (EFZ): in the field of logistics or house service
