In the Directorate of Nursing, Therapies and Social Work, in Zurich, we are looking for an occupational therapist MSc in the function of Advanced Practitioner in Occupational Therapy 100% for the occupational therapy department immediately or by appointment. Your tasks
- Individual and group occupational therapy for patients in adult and geriatric psychiatry
- Applying occupational therapy assessments
- Technically sound and concise documentation in the clinical information system
- Collaboration in interprofessional treatment teams and the occupational therapy specialist team
- Helping to shape the professional development of contemporary occupational therapy concepts and offers
- Ensuring the sustainable implementation of evidence-based interventions
- Developing and implementing quality assurance measures
- Promoting competent patient treatment and documentation by occupational therapy employees
- Establishing vessels and structures for competence development and knowledge transfer
- Participation in departmental and PUK-internal projects if necessary
- Completed training in occupational therapy FH, SRK recognition for foreign professional qualifications
- Master of Science in occupational therapy or in an occupational therapy related science
- Several years of occupational therapy professional experience in the field of psychiatry
- Quick comprehension as well as networked and conceptual thinking
- Structured, process-oriented approach as well as experience in didactics and administrative matters
- Competence in promoting and supporting the theory-practice transfer
- Innovative thinking and acting
- Independent, efficient and service-oriented way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
- High level of commitment, flexibility as well as the ability to work in a team and resilience
