- Responsible for the technical conception, implementation and further development of IT asset and configuration management processes according to best practices (ISO/ITIL)
- Further develop and optimize the ITAM and configuration management strategy to meet business, regulatory and security requirements
- Establishing an end-to-end lifecycle for IT assets (plan, acquisition, deployment, operate, retirement) as well as being responsible for license management and supporting the budgeting process
Company and context
- Several years of proven experience in the definition, implementation and control of IT asset management and/or configuration management processes in a medium to large organization, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g. banks, insurance companies)
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, especially in the field of IT asset and configuration management
- Experience with CMDB tools and IT asset management systems as well as their integration into existing IT landscapes
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, implementable process and data models and implement them pragmatically in the bank
- Strong communication and moderation skills to convince different stakeholders and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (min. C1)
