Main responsibilities
- Care, support and advice of our clients at home
- Classification and design of your work during the day from Monday to Friday
- Responsibility for carrying out investigations with Inter RAI-CMH, the psychosocial care and care of chronically and mentally ill people as well as conducting conversations and recovery-oriented support of therapeutic processes
- Intensive exchange, also beyond the borders of the Dielsdorf health centre, with relatives, social workers: the KESB, specialists, doctors, etc.

- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing professional DN II/HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience in the field of psychiatry
- High level of social, methodological and professional competence
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
