- Management and further development of the IT Service Center division in four regions of Switzerland with around 150 employees
Company and context
- Ensuring stable operation of IT systems and overall responsibility for the support organization in 1st and 2nd level support
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of IT projects in cooperation with internal teams and external providers:
- Coordination with sales and logistics regions and external service providers: inside
- Responsibility for account management towards subsidiaries and divisions, the operation and further development of the Setup Center as well as the co-design and implementation of ITSM processes Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable management position, preferably in a medium-sized to large company
- Proven experience in managing and managing complex IT projects
- Comprehensive understanding of modern IT systems and networks, cloud technologies and cybersecurity Very good knowledge of German and French; English and Italian skills are beneficial;
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and driving licence Cat.
