Tasks
- They develop the role of APN haematoncology interprofessionally and in accordance with evidence-based and established practice.
- The focus of her work is on patients with multiple myeloma with high-dose therapy (autologous stem cell transplantation or CAR-T-cell therapy).
- They advise patients, relatives and the interprofessional team in their function as APN haematoncology
- They work together with the medical service in a consultation setting and take over the advice of patients with multiple myeloma with regard to side effects management.
- You support in direct clinical practice in ambulatory and inpatient hematonic setting
- They create and update subject-specific SOPs, instructions and concepts in cooperation with the specialist / nursing experts and other professional groups
- You prepare internal and external audits before and after and participate in them
- They are part of the competence team/ANP team oncology and work closely with other APN roles as well as experts in the field of oncology and palliative service.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in oncology or hematology
- Master of Science in Nursing or Studying
