Bring in your ideas and develop educational offerings that advance people and the mobility industry. Actively design your portfolio and turn market opportunities into compelling offerings.
- You are responsible for a portfolio of educational products and ensure smooth operation.
- You develop new educational offerings and existing products according to market and customer needs, coordinate the implementation with the relevant stakeholders and ensure a successful introduction.
- You translate requests into offers taking into account the product logic and possible implementation options.
- You lead workgroups, create tools for internal and external empowerment and keep the ERP tool up-to-date.
- You create and update calculations as a basis for stable pricing and ensure that your offers are economically viable.
This is what you bring with you
- You are analytical and communicative, recognize problems quickly and network with the relevant stakeholders.
- You negotiate skillfully, win over others for joint solutions and remain customer- and performance-oriented even in demanding situations.
- Ideally, you have a degree in business administration or marketing (FH, HF or university) or a federal certificate in the relevant field.
- Experience in a similar position as well as knowledge of the mobility and/or education and training industry are beneficial.
- In a second national language, you communicate safely and appropriately.
