Main responsibilities
- Analysis & Conception: Analysis of processes, data flows and system landscapes as well as development of technical solution and optimization concepts.
- Requirements management: Collection, validation and documentation of business requirements as well as specification of interfaces and data models.
- Data Analysis & Quality Assurance: Analysis of data quality and interfaces, error identification and ensuring the stability and integrity of the system landscape.
- Reporting & Automation: Development and further development of reports as well as automation of operational and business processes.
- Testing & Support: Conducting professional tests, verifying troubleshooting, supporting users and creating documentation.
- Stakeholder & Team Management: Collaboration with agile teams and departments, management of requirements via common backlogs and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Requirements
- Education: Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering, business administration or a comparable discipline.
- Professional experience: At least three years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer in complex IT and system landscapes.
- Analytical competence: Strong analysis, conception and problem-solving skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method.
- Technical knowledge: Experience with data platforms, BI tools, APIs, and automation and orchestration solutions.
