To strengthen our controlling team at our headquarters in Olten, we are looking for an immediately or by agreement: Specialist: in Controlling – Focus on Personal Controlling (80-100%) This is what awaits you In this versatile function, you combine personal controlling with exciting tasks in risk and contract management. You work closely with different departments and make an important contribution to informed decisions and the further development of our processes.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the personnel controlling of our international group of companies and continuously develop the corresponding key figures, analyses and reporting.
- You coordinate international personnel reporting and prepare meaningful decision-making bases for executives, management and board members.
- You analyze plan, actual and previous year deviations, identify developments and derive concrete recommendations for action.
- You support production controlling in the analysis of cost, performance and productivity indicators.
- You contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual accounts as well as budgeting and forecasting processes.
- You support Group-wide risk management and take on tasks in contract management.
- You work closely with colleagues in our European companies and contribute your expertise to cross-divisional projects.
Your profile
- A business education at a university or university of applied sciences, or a basic commercial education with further education in finance and controlling.
- Professional experience in controlling, ideally in personnel controlling or in an international company.
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
- Excel skills and experience with reporting and BI tools
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is an advantage.
- An independent, structured and reliable working method as well as a high degree of initiative.
- Strong analytical skills, a quick comprehension and joy in dealing with numbers.
- Communication strength, team spirit, resilience, flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements
Eine betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, oder eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Finanzen und Controlling.
Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Personalcontrolling oder in einem international tätigen Unternehmen.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Reporting- und BI-Tools
- Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO sind von Vorteil.
