- Abgeschlossene Lehre als Gleisbauer:in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung sowie abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Vorarbeiter:in Gleisbau
- Gültiger Ausweis in der Funktion Sicherheitschef:in sowie Führerausweis Kat. B
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Lehre als Gleisbauer:in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung sowie abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Vorarbeiter:in Gleisbau
- Gültiger Ausweis in der Funktion Sicherheitschef:in sowie Führerausweis Kat. B
- Erfahrung in der Funktion Berufsbildner:in im Nebenamt von Vorteil
- Freude an der Vermittlung von theoretischem und praktischem Fachwissen an junge Erwachsene

- This is what you can do, immediately or by appointment Bern, Emmental and Bernese Oberland area
- Replacement of vocational trainer colleagues during assignments in the Olten, Central Switzerland and Basel area
- Role model function in dealing with young people and in compliance with safety regulations
- Ongoing monitoring of the achievement of learning objectives and implementation of qualifications -
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of trial apprenticeships at the workplace This is what you bring with you:
- Completed apprenticeship as a track builder with several years of professional experience as well as completed further training as a track construction foreman
- Valid ID in the role of head of security and driver's license Category B
- Experience in the role of vocational trainer on a part-time basis is an advantage
- Enjoyment in imparting theoretical and practical specialist knowledge to young adults
