Your main activities As a Quality Specialist, you are a key element of the operational quality team.
Your role is to identify recurring non-qualifications, prioritize them, analyze them and find their root causes, in order to put in place corrective and preventive action plans.
This is in line with our quality management system.
In addition, you provide support to the QCO team for internal and external parts control.
As a second for the mechanical part, you ensure a backup role for Team Leader QCO.
You also play a role in supporting quality process analyses and make daily the logic of continuous improvement.
- Conformity of parts: You control parts manufactured internally and by our suppliers.
You know how to choose and use the means of measurement adapted to each measure.
- Mandatory training: CFC in mechanics (polymechanic, industrial draughtsman or equivalent). Mandatory experience:
- Experience in mechanics (machining, assembly, etc.): Practice of minimum 2 years.
Key requirements
- Mandatory training: CFC in mechanics (polymechanic, industrial draughtsman or equivalent). Mandatory experience:
- Experience in mechanics (machining, assembly, etc.): Practice of minimum 2 years.
- Quality control: Minimum 2 years.
- Problem solving & NC management: Minimum 2 year practice (combinable with the previous 2 points).
- Evidence of experience and results in industrial problem solving methodologies.
- Inter-team collaboration: Evidence of experiences in monitoring and implementing reactive and preventive action plans.
- Technical skills: Expertise in the use of measurement tools and quality control techniques: 3D programming, conventional measurement methods.
- Read technical drawings.
- Computer skills: Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality management software / management of measurement means / management of control plans is an advantage.
- Language skills: Master's in French and English.
