Your main activities

• Give CIE courses (Manual, conventional, CNC, metrology, assembly)
• Bringing apprentices to success through motivating pedagogy and valuing their work
• Forward the information to management in the form of a cockpit (cost tracking, status of commitments, production of apprentices via SAP)
• Manage investment requests (machines, accessories) and purchases.

• Plan and organize the weekly workload for each apprentice (MAP, Use of machines, follow-up of manufactured parts) and sign the work logs and absences of apprentices.

• Conflict management, applying internal rules in case of non-compliance with company values, organizing sessions with parents if necessary
• Collaborate with training partners (COMEC, Swissmem, CPNE, schools)
• Participate in biannual exchanges with local training centres
• Organize open doors, internships for future apprentices, educational and recreational events
• Manage educational outings (teambuilding, skiing, industrial visits)
• Plan individual interviews and qualification reports every 6 months.

• Motivate apprentices to participate in competitions such as SwissSkills or IndustrySkills.

Your profile

• Polymechanical CFCs
• Mastering CNC machining using FAO (3 axes and 5 axes)
• Knowledge of Mastercam or other
• Experience of at least 3-4 years
• Experience in driving and training staff, ideally young apprentices in a mechanic workshop (an advantage)
• Certificate of CIE trainer (600h) (an advantage), possibility to pass it in the course of employment
• Management training (an advantage)
• Knowledge of MS-Office and ERP software (an advantage) We offer you:
