Your mission: As Team Leader of Polymechanics, you take the operational and human responsibility of a team of about 10 employees.
Your role is to organize, mentor and develop your team while ensuring efficient, qualitative and safety-compliant production.
You are fully engaged in production, with a distribution of about:
- 70%: Processing, programming and technical support
- 30%: Management - supervision, monitoring, organisation, development of people Your main responsibilities and activities: Management & Leadership (30%) :
- To supervise, support and develop the skills of employees (coaching, versatility, evaluations, training).
- Ensure daily organization of the team according to planning priorities.
- Monitor individual and collective performance (quality, timeliness, productivity).
- Promote a positive, collaborative and solutions-oriented team climate.
- Ensure compliance with internal rules, safety standards and Charter 5S.
- 30%: Management - supervision, monitoring, organisation, development of people Your main responsibilities and activities: Management & Leadership (30%) :

- Polymechanical CFC (machining option) or equivalent: essential.
- Confirmed experience in CNC machining: essential.

Key requirements
- Polymechanical CFC (machining option) or equivalent: essential.
- Confirmed experience in CNC machining: essential.
- FAO programming skills (Knowledge of Mastercam software is an advantage).
