Role overview
For an interdisciplinary large ward with the departments of surgery, urology, as well as geriatric and acute geriatric rehabilitation with 30 beds, we are looking for a qualified HF nursing specialist with immediate effect or by appointment.

- Care and support of our patients and their environment according to defined quality criteria / guidelines / standards
- Planning, control and evaluation of all sub-steps in the nursing process from entry to exit
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or a foreign diploma SRK recognition
Main responsibilities

- Responsibility for professional communication with patients and the interprofessional services
- Co-responsibility for the trainees "Health Specialist EFZ" and "Nursing Specialist HF" Requirements:
- A few years of professional experience in Switzerland regarding nursing processes is an advantage A strong sense of responsibility
