Main responsibilities
- Support in the technical evaluation and selection of a future-proof CCaaS platform as well as analysis and assessment of the offered solutions.
- Co-creation and further development of the target and solution architecture of the future contact center platform in close cooperation with the architecture teams.
- Development and clarification of technical requirements as well as technical support in the preparation and maintenance of the catalogue of requirements.
- Analysis and coordination of interfaces, integrations and dependencies to existing systems and platforms.
- Active participation in architecture, provider and specialist workshops as well as support in technical coordination, proof of concepts and solution demonstrations.
- Analysis and evaluation of technical solutions as well as the development of sound decision-making bases for the selection and further development of the platform. Requirements
- Several years of practical experience with contact center as a service (CCaaS) solutions as well as a thorough understanding of modern contact center architectures.
- Very good knowledge of routing, queue management, skill-based distribution, IVR solutions, omnichannel communication and agent workplace concepts.
- Experience in the design and further development of product, platform or solution architectures as well as in-depth knowledge in cloud, SaaS and integration environments.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into technical concepts and critically evaluate different solutions and provider architectures.
